up-market development of private villas. This one story home sleeps 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with full linens, towels, and hair dryer provided. Enjoy having your own private screened enclosed swimming pool. The spacious master bedroom suite has a King or Queen size bed, bath ensuite. The other bedrooms have either a queen, or a full size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

Chatham Park IS A twenty five minute drive from THE ORLANDO AIRPORT down THE 417 and is located a half mile off of Route 192, and Mile Marker 13. Route 192 offers an endless choice of restaurants including Outbacks, Ruby Tuesdays, and TGI Fridays. You will also find many factory outlet stores, and 'shop til you drop' in one of our fine shopping malls. For groceries and miscellaneous items, try OUR NEW WALLMART SUPERCENTER AND OUR NEW SUPER TARGET . There is always something here for the children including a McDonalds with Playland on the corner, and Old Town which offers ferris wheel rides, and go-carting.

Falcon Fire is a choice Golf Course, 10 minutes away from Chatham Park.

The golden sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are only a two hour drive away.
