Vivenda Mimosa is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque market town of Loulé, in the heart of the Algarve, only a 20 minute drive from the International Airport at Faro & 15 minutes from the nearest beaches.
This superb single storey Villa, which accommodates 6 people, comprises of one double bedroom with en suite facilities, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & a well proportioned lounge/dining room. There is a large south facing sun terrace which overlooks the Villa’s own kidney shaped swimming pool & private gardens & has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
The Villa is fully furnished and has a well equipped kitchen with microwave & a washing machine. Many guests choose to eat out & experience traditional Portuguese fayre which is available at the many reasonably priced café & restaurant facilities throughout the region. The Villa also has a large Algarvian Styled Bar-B-Q that provides an excellent focal point for al fresco entertainment.
A regular maid service will be provided throughout your stay to ensure that fresh bed linen & bath/hand towels are available.
Our gardener/handyman will pay regular visits to the Villa to ensure that the swimming pool is kept clean, the gardens maintained & for any essential minor repairs.

There is a truly Portuguese bar with grocery & post office facilities close by from which you can purchase a number of basic items & two large supermarkets are situated just a few minutes drive away.
The Villa is very well situated for exploring the countryside, walking is particularly pleasure around the villa & so too for bird-watching, visiting one or more of the magnificent beaches, playing golf, tennis & other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings & taking in the beauty of the region.
Whilst access to the Villa is very good we do, owing to its location, recommend that transport is arranged prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive & are usually picked up & dropped off at the airport. For your convenience, & if required, we can make arrangements for your hire car through a reputable local operator. Please remember you must be in possession of a valid driving licence if you intend to hire a car.
Our local representative (English) will normally meet with you at the Villa the morning after your arrival & will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems at the Villa. Our representative will also be pleased to offer you advice should this be needed.
