The cottage is a former barn which has been beautifully renovated and appointed to the highest standard, offering every possible home comfort. An open plan lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. A wetroom including shower, WC and hand basin. One twin bedded bedroom. A large double sofa bed in the lounge. A shared patio and grassed area at rear. Plenty of parking. St Mawes is close by and the cathedral city of Truro is a short drive. Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, welcoming pubs and the South West Coastal paths make this a great base for discovering this wonderful part of Cornwall.
