The Old Sunday School is a semi-detached cottage, a unique conversion of a former chapel, located in the centre of the Northumberland village of Slaggyford, 4 miles from Alston in Cumbria. The cottage has three en-suite bedrooms - two doubles and one twin - meaning it can sleep six people altogether. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and pot bellied stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a frontpatio area. With an excellent village pub nearby and lovely walks onto the moors from the doorstep, The Old Sunday School makes a great base for a cottage holiday in Northumberland.
Full gas underfloor central heating, additional heating from pot bellied stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Front patio area with furniture. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1.1 miles.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
