Next Door is an end terrace cottage next to the 16th century Exeter Inn located in the North Devon village of Chittlehamholt. The cottage has one double bedroom, a folding bed and a shower room making it suitable for three people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a private front terrace and shared use of a garden. With its neighbouring properties, Next Door can sleep a total of fourteen people, making it ideal for a large family who wish to explore this beautiful part of North Devon.

Electric convector heaters throughout, with additional heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity by meter reading, first £20 inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Private front terrace with furniture. Shared garden with lawn. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 1 min walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
