Brookside is a stone built semi-detached cottage in the small rural village of Catton, 1.5 miles from the town of Allendale in Northumberland. The cottage has two bedrooms - one king size double and one double with additional single chair bed, both on the first floor - meaning it can sleep five people in total. The cottage also benefits from both a bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC, and a ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Downstairs there is a fitted kitchen with dining area, along with a sitting room and conservatory. Outside, there is a garden with patio area to the side, with furniture, along with off road parking for 3 cars. Surrounded by scenic countryside and within driving distance of the Heritage Coast, Brookside makes a great Northumberland holiday cottage.
Full oil fired central heating throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with Sky (full package except movies), DVD, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garden with patio area to the side, with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.5 miles, pub 5 mins walk.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
