1 Pines Farm Cottages is a brick built, semi detached, single storey cottage on the owners' arable farm, just four miles from Tadcaster in North Yorkshire. With one double bedroom and one twin room plus a family bathroom, the cottage sleeps four people. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, 1 Pines Farm Cottages can sleep twelve people and is an excellent base for a family holiday in the Yorkshire countryside.
Full oil-fired central heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD, books/games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Shops & pubs 4 miles. Note: Farm activity increases during harvest (Jul, Aug, Oct, Nov). Note: Cottage is close to RAF training base, some aircraft noise will be heard. Note: Cottages accessed via 1 mile long un-made farm track - drive slowly & with care.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
