The rest of the accommodation includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room with a snug and a sitting room. Outside the cottage are a patio and garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue and hot tub as well as plenty of off road parking. Situated close to major roads, The Shed is an ideal base for discovering this fascinating part of the country.

Range cooker with electric oven & gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x flat screen TVs, 50” colour TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio etc. Fuel & power inc. in rent, Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot & highchair. Hot tub available by prior arrangement with owner, at an additional cost of £60 per short break or £100 per week, payable on arrival. Ample off road parking. Spacious patio and garden with hot tub, furniture & BBQ. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Shop & pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Some traffic noise from the A1(M) is audible from the garden.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
