The cottage has exposed stonework, original flagstones, an inglenook fireplace and heavy oak ceiling beams. This cottage sleeps four people and has three bedrooms consisting of one double and two single bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, and sitting room with dining area. To the outside of this cottage there is a courtyard garden and off road parking for one small car. 20 East Street is a delightful character cottage in a lovely town, a perfect holiday home to explore the surrounding countryside.
Full gas central heating. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD. Library of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one small car. Courtyard garden to rear. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants less than 5 mins walk. Note: Cottage is historic and thus has quirky features including uneven floors, low windows and low ceilings in places. Note: Front door opens directly onto pavement and street, and as a consequence there is sometimes traffic noise, plus children/dogs should be supervised. Note: There is a shallow pond in the garden, small children should be supervised.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
