Kentmere is a detached Scandinavian chalet in the small Lake District village of Garnett Bridge near to Kendal. It is all ground floor and sleeps six people in one double bedroom and two twins plus a family bathroom. It also contains a living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set next to a river with fishing, Kentmere is a lovely holiday home in a beautiful area.
Electric storage heaters throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and payphone in shared utility, TV with Freeview. Electricity charged by £1 coin meter. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Large garden area with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There are three external steps to the front door of this property.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
