Pine Cottage is a terraced cottage on the owners’ working farm and equestrian centre near to Belford in Northumberland. The cottage sleeps six people and has one double bedroom and two twin rooms plus a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and shared use of a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottage, Pine Cottage can sleep a total of ten people in the beautiful Northumbrian countryside.
Electric storage heaters throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 3 miles.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
