This cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, consisting of three doubles and one twin as well as two family bathrooms. The rest of the cottage is made up of a sitting room with woodburning stove, fitted kitchen with woodburning stove, dining area with a through room to a 2nd sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside, there is a front and rear garden with furniture and BBQ and off road parking for four cars. Bron Danw is a superb cottage ideal for families and friends.
Electric storage heaters, wall convector heaters and oil filled radiators with additional heating from woodburning stoves in both sitting rooms. Electric range cooker, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, 2 x TVs with Sky, DVD, library of books. Fuel, power and starter packs for woodburning stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Bike storage. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front and rear enclosed lawned area with patio, furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
