This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. This charming cottage also has a well equipped kitchen and a sitting room with woodburner, dining area and exposed beams. To the outside of this cottage there is roadside parking and a garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Joseph's Cottage is a delightful cottage, perfect for a romantic retreat or small family holiday.
Full gas central heating, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo/CD player/iPod dock, radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cottage garden and patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking available on the road outside. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: Cottage accessed via 4 stone steps.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
