Rocklands Farm is a stone built cottage, attached to the owner's farmhouse, set one mile from the village of Goodrich in Hertfordshire. This cottage sleeps two people and has one twin bedroom, which can be made into a king-size double on request, with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner-effect electric fire. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for two cars and a shared patio and large courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ. Rocklands Farm is a delightful holiday home, perfect at any time of year.
Full oil central heating, additional heating from electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared patio and large courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ. Bike storage available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Livery and B&B available by prior arrangement. Pub and shop 1 mile. Note: Main entrance is shared by the owners, the cottage has its own lockable front door, off the farmhouse porch.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
