Oker View is a terraced, two storey cottage situated in the small village of Darley Bridge, 3 miles from Matlock and 6 miles from Bakewell in the Peak District. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms - one double room, one twin room and one single room - and has a ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. There is also an additional basin and WC on the first floor. The living accommodation is on the ground floor and consists of a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire and flat screen TV. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and additional roadside parking if required, along with an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. With the National Park within easy reach, Oker View makes a great base for exploring the Peak District.
Full gas central heating with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in outdoor utility shed, flat screen LCD TV with FreeSat, DVD player and surround sound system, TV in single bedroom, WiFi on pay as you go basis, library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and booster seat style highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Enclosed lawned garden with seating area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Note: This property has open tread stairs.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
