Church View is a traditional terraced cottage in Whitby, close to the beach, harbour, shops and pubs. The accommodation here is over three floors, with a first floor double, a second floor double and a second floor room with adult bunks. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC on the first floor. Downstairs is a small kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside, an enclosed patio makes a great spot to dine alfresco, and there are parking facilities in various nearby roads or public car parks. With the sea just a few minutes stroll away, and the North York Moors National Park a short drive, Church View makes a comfy base, at any time of the year.
Full gas central heating with additional heating from electric fire in living room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, colour TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio/CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Roadside parking 5 mins walk (first come first served basis). Small, enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: This property is accessed by 14 quite steep steps. Note: Max. 4 adults.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
