Shepherd’s Hut is a stone built barn conversion cottage located on a working farm, just outside the village of Winterborne Whitechurch in Dorset. The cottage has two twin bedrooms and one double (with an ensuite) as well as a family bathroom, which makes it suitable for six people. The cottage also has a first floor, open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the Jurassic Coast and set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Shepherd’s Hut is a wonderful cottage in a beautiful part of the country.
Heating from electric wall heaters, additional heating from wood burning stove in sitting area. Electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, plasma TV with Freeview, DVD, library of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel for wood burning stove available to purchase from the owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden and patio to rear with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £10 per dog per week. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop and pub 1.3 miles. Note: This is a working farm - dogs to be kept on leads at all times.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
