Harbour View Apartment, set on the top floor of a former Victorian hotel, is in the oldest area of Ilfracombe in Devon. This third floor apartment sleeps up to six people and has two bedrooms, which consist of one double and one family room with a double and adult bunks, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is roadside parking. Harbour View Apartment is an ideal family holiday home in a good location for exploring the area.
Full gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD/radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking outside property on a first come, first served basis. Car parking permits for use in local car parks are available from the Ilfracombe Tourist Information Centre, at additional cost and by prior arrangement. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: There is a balcony at this 3rd floor property, access is through a window via the kitchen and there are low Victorian handrails. Please ensure care is taken and children are supervised.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
