The accommodation also includes a family bathroom, a kitchen/diner with a snug and a sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. West Gable is an ideal base for discovering this beautiful part of Scotland.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden & patio with furniture & BBQ. Cot. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: Garden leads directly to river, children must be supervised. Note: Arrangements for taking own boat to be discussed with owners. Note: Property suitable for maximum of 6 people over 12 & 1 under 12 (including infants). Please note: 11th - 25th Feb 2012 charged at the D price band rate, 07th - 21st July 2012 charged at the H price band rate, 13th Oct - 03rd Nov 2012 charged at the F price band rate. Please note: Arrival at this property is after 4pm.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
