The Plough is a lovely, upside down cottage which makes the most of the wonderful countryside views. This cottage is one of five converted farm buildings set in over three acres of exquisite gardens and woodlands and is only a few minutes walk from the village of Berrynarbor. The ground floor includes two bedrooms - one double and one twin, and a bathroom. The first floor has a private sun terrace which is perfect for relaxing, a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a dining area. Within the grounds, there are activities such as children's outdoor games, and within the shared games room there is table tennis and also darts. The gardens and meadows are ideal for walks. The Plough is a great base for seeing the sights of Devon and with the coastal towns of llfracombe, Combe Martin and Barnstaple nearby; The Plough is perfect anytime of the year.

Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, shared freezer, shared washing machine & tumble dryer (at a small charge), dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, shared games room with table tennis & darts. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair & stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with garden furniture, private first floor sun terrace with garden furniture & BBQ (by arrangement with owner), large, shared paddock. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 0.25 miles. Note: There is an unfenced stream on site, children must be supervised at all times.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
