The cottage is only a few minutes walk from the delightful village of Berrynarbor. The original farm buildings have been restored into five self catering cottages, one of which is The Dairy. The cottage and grounds are suitable for all ages. The Dairy has two bedrooms, bathroom, fitted kitchen and dining area. This delightful cottage has original beams and a private patio area - perfect for a relaxing evening after a busy day exploring. From woodland walks, a games room with table tennis and darts and children's outdoor games, this makes The Dairy and the surrounding grounds ideal for families. Within close proximity to The Dairy, are the delightful coastal towns of llfracombe, Combe Martin and Barnstaple. This makes The Diary, an ideal base.

Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge (with freezer compartment), shared freezer, shared washing machine & tumble dryer (at a small charge), dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, shared games room with table tennis & darts. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shop & pub 0.25 miles. Note: There is an unfenced stream on site, children must be supervised at all times.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
