The cottage is welcoming, light and airy and offers a cosy sitting room with open fire, conservatory with dining area, well equipped fitted kitchen, and a bathroom. Oak View sleeps six and has three bedrooms - one king size double, one double and one twin. Outside, there is the convenience of off road parking for three cars and a large enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ, which is perfect to dine and relax in after a busy day exploring the area. Combs offers many walks, with one of the country footpaths opposite the cottage. Just three miles away is the town of Stowmarket which offers many attractions and amenities. Oak View is ideal for families and groups of friends that want to enjoy this area of Suffolk.

Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, high chair & stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
