The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining table, utility room, a large dining room with woodburner, a sitting room also with woodburner and a first floor sitting room. Outside, this cottage has secure off road parking for ten cars and an enclosed, private lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Plas Pwll Melyn is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to explore Anglesey and North Wales.
Partial gas central heating, woodburners in dining room & sitting room (which also heats water). Electric double oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher in utility, 32” colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD/radio, broadband, books. Fuel, power & fuel for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Two Z beds available. Travel cot, highchair & stairgate. Secure off-road parking for 10 cars (or boats). Enclosed, private, lawned garden with patio, furniture & BBQ. Use of 3.5 acres of owners’ land with fenced wildlife pond. Two dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 5 mins walk, shop 2 miles. Note: Max 10 people.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
