Kouloura is a charming holiday home, a single storey detached property within easy reach of the beach in Southerness. There is a double bedroom, and a family bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom. The kitchen has a dining area, while the sitting room offers a cosy open fire, and there are also two conservatories, ensuring a sunny spot in which to relax throughout the day. Outside, the cottage offers off road parking for three cars, and also lawned gardens to the front and rear. With the beach a short walk, and the rest of Dumfries and Galloway a short drive, Kouloura makes a wonderful base for family, friends or walkers to discover this beautiful part of Scotland.
Full electric heating throughout, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, colour TV, DVD, books/games/DVDs. Fuel, power and coal for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for up to 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden surrounding the property with garden furniture and children’s play house. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
