This well equipped and excellently refurbished first floor holiday apartment is situated on the banks of the River Avon in a 17th century Grade ll Listed building at the centre of the country town of Fordingbridge. On your doorstep you will find a choice of eclectic shops, good pubs and fine restaurants, and only 1.5 miles away the natural wonders of the New Forest National Park awaits. The beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury and vibrant Bournemouth are both within reach by car, and historic attractions such as Beaulieu and the Elizabethan mansion at Breamore House are also close to The Fairings.

Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Public car park adjacent to apartment. Parking 'clock' supplied (needs updating every 3 hours when using car park between 8am & 6pm - can be used in most New Forest Council car parks). Sorry, no pets/smoking. Shop & pub 2 mins walk. Holiday Village with gym, swimming pools, play areas, salon & restaurant 1 mile. Note: Access to apartment is via 11 step external staircase. Note: This property is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children OR 3 adults. Note: As property is situated on main street there may be some traffic noise.

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
