Offering simple, comfortable accommodation, this light and airy property has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Accommodation is composed of a double en-suite bedroom, a modern fitted kitchen and a cosy lounge with dining area. Guests are able to use of the owner’s well established garden as well as a private patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. The property is surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths allowing easy access to the South Downs and West Sussex.

Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player/cassette/radio, small library of games/books etc. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking available 100 yards from property in church car park. Large, well established shared garden with private patio area. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at a cost of £10 per booking (for 1 or 2 dogs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
