The property accommodates up to seven people in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on two floors. All rooms are well fitted out with comfortable seating, TV/DVD/CD player and radio in the sitting room, all kitchen pots, dishes & cutlery in the kitchen and plenty storage space in the bedrooms. There is also a small courtyard at the back of the house in which to have relaxation time after a busy day exploring the area.
The house is based in the fishermen's quarter of the historic town of Arbroath on the east coast of Scotland. Arbroath is famous for the signing of the 'Declaration of Independance' at Arbroath Abbey, and for its local cuisine - the Arbroath Smokie which is eaten worldwide. The villa is well placed for visiting the local attractions on foot or travelling to nearby glens to do a bit of hill walking, 'Open' golf courses of Carnoustie & St Andrews to play some golf, or to explore some historic castles nearby by car or public transport.
