Our recently renovated one bedroom apartment is ideally situated in a prime position in the highly sought after eastern side of town, close to the Parador. This area is the older, more traditional part of Nerja, and is widely regarded as the town's most favourable location.

The apartment has one double bedroom and a brand new bathroom with full suite. The new fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a fridege-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Decorated in relaxing, neutral tones the sitting room has satellite TV (with BBC channels), video and CD player, along with a dining area seating four. The large corner balcony is accessed by patio doors from both the sitting room and bedroom. From one side there is a side sea view and from the other side a view of the Sierra Almijara mountain range, Nerja's stunning backdrop. The communal pool (Easter to October) and garden is a lovely place to relax, affording breathtaking sea views.

Due to the apartment's great central location car hire isn't needed for getting around. The famous Balcon de Europa, with its stunning views over the Mediterranean, is a leisurely five to ten minute stroll away. Closer, in fact just metres from the apartment, is the beautiful Carabeillo beach, accessed down a walkway set into the side of the cliff. Burriana beach is further five minute walk. Here yo can enjoy fresh asardines and sangria at one one of the many beachside resataurants - and Ayo's legendary giant paella is not to be missed. When it comes to restaurants Nerja has more than its fair share of excellent dining opportunities, many of which are practically on the doorstep of the apartment.

Nerja is without doubt the most attractive resort on the Costa del Sol, lacking the high rise development that typifies coastal areas further west. The town manages to maintain a perfect balance, offering a charming mix of traditional tapas bars and narrow, cobbled streets, with all the beaches, shops, restaurants and amenities associated with a successful holiday resort. Nerja's numerous beaches range from intimate rocky coves to long expanses of sand.
