COME ENJOY OUR BEAUTIFUL PEACEFUL VACATION HOME IN SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND YET FAR FROM THE CROWD! Our South Lake Tahoe vacation home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Pioneer Trail with a peek of the Lake views...lots of trees, spacious landscaped yard and close to everything...golfing, biking, hiking, skiing,sno-parks, snowmobiles, tennis, parks, skate park, casinos, beaches, boating, shopping, groceries, convenient stores, churches, schools, summer Sunday flea market nearby, drive or bike to a lot of places nearby.
Our home has a full-service complete kitchen, dining room and living area with gas fireplace, a deck upstairs with partial Lake view (with propane BBQ grill), a deck downstairs leads to beautiful landscaped backyard. It has 2-car garage, and long driveway that can fit 2 more cars. It is in close proximity to ski areas: Heavenly Resort and Sierra Ski Resort, sno-parks. Our vacation home is complete with modern conveniences (washer, dryer, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD, Stereo, Computer with DSL/Internet access), kitchen has almost everything, blankets, linens and towels are provided.
Our home has four bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 down, with one of the bedrooms downstairs converted into a family room with queen sofa-bed), 2 large full-baths (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs). 6 miles to Heavenly Ski Resort and to the Casinos. During winter/ski season, we provide snow removal once a day when it snows.
This is a NO SMOKING property. No pets are allowed.

| Notes from the owner/agent | Deposit 20% of the total cost will hold the dates for you and will be applied as your Security deposit. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cleaning fee of $150 required and applied for every reservation.
You have to be 25 years old or older to sign the rental contract.
Check-in at 4 p.m., Check-out at Noon (may be pre-arranged for earlier arrival or later departure times).
Payment: Cash, Checks or Credit Cards through PayPal (filomena1@sbcglobal.net). Credit card payment is subject to 3% of the total cost and will be deducted from the deposit (sorry, but PayPal charges me this fee).
