Apartment in a 19Th century house, in the earth of the Chianciano terme hystorical center. Chianciano Terme is a modern thermal spa near Sienna, in the south of Tuscany and at the border of Umbria. Its historical centre originate from an old middleage castle, surrouded by a wall and it has kept intact its original and typical aspect of an old Tuscan village. The apartment, between the main square and the cathedral, in a very quiet street, is at the second floor, it has two bedrooms and it is developped on many levels. At the second floor we find: entrance, living room, small kitchen, double room with wardrobe an bathroom with shower. With an inside stair we came up to the third floor, the loft, were there is a wide corridor with many of the services (washing machine, heating, etc.) a double room and a bathroom. Going up further we enter in a small tower, over the roof, with four windows from wihch we can see a 360° panorama over the town, the valleys and the mountains around. The house is very bright and each room, bathrooms included, has a window at least. It is carefully furnished and equiped with everythink needed to improve the confort of the stay like microwave owen, coffee machine, washing machine, tv, videotape and independent heating.
