The villa, wich has been rented online since 1997, is surrounded by 3 hectars of olive trees and can host up to 8 guests (9 with an extra bed). La Nievolina is the perfect lodging solution for families with children and party of friends looking to easily visit the best art cities, towns and natural spots in Tuscany and rest and relax in a very comfortable way.
The villa can accomodate up to 8 (9 with extra bed), is rented weekly and is the best accomodation for groups of friends and families with children (fenced garden).
We also have a complete technological equipment (sat tv, internet...) to really feel at home away from home.
The swimming pool is above the ground and has a great view over the valley among olive trees. The pool is in front of the sun terrace next to the villa and is available from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The villa is also a paradise for children! The main garden is completely fenced allowing our little guests to run, walk and have fun. The pool is above the ground and has a gate to prevent the children form climbing the stairs.
We've card and ball games, chairs and tables just for them.
If your children love cartoons we've Cartoon Network, Disney channel, MTV and tapes with movies suitable for youngers.
We can offer a Tennis, Golf and horse riding at just 10 minutes drive.
Ping pong, badminton and bocce (bows) are on site. Bike rentals also available
