This ground-floor apartment is superbly situated in the quiet elevated section of Stirling Old Town with its winding cobbled streets, just a few metres away from Stirling Castle and many other historical places of interest. It's within just a 5 minute walk of many bars and restaurants and also to the many shops that the city of Stirling has to offer. It is just a 10 minute walk from the train station which takes you to both Glasgow and Edinburgh in around 30 minutes. There is a tourist bus which stops a few metres away from the apartment and you can jump on this for a tour of all the sights, including Wallace Monument and Bannockburn Heritage Centre. The ticket is valid for two days and you will obtain a discount to many attractions also.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with electric shower. The living area is bright with hard wood flooring and a double sofabed. There is an extendable dining table with four chairs. The television has freeview channels and there is a CD player. The bedroom area has plenty storage space and it is partially open-plan (there is a small screen rather than a door between living and bedroom areas).
